Roger teaches writing, user experience, and content creation courses. His scholarship has appeared in journals such as Technical Communication, IEEE Transactions on Professional Communication, Technical Communication Quarterly, Proposal Management, Technical Rescue, Journal of Emergency Medical Services, and Metropolitan Universities Journal. He won both the Frank R. Smith Outstanding Journal Article Award in Technical Communication (for “Green Printing”) and the Insight Award for Best Journal Article (for “Workplace-Classroom Collaborations”).
