Mental Health

Becoming an adult is stressful. There are so many things that you have to take care of that never occurred to you before. How do you juggle friends, classes, homework, bills, and work all at the same time while still getting the college experience you dreamed of when you were younger? All of these things can take a toll on your mental well being which is essential for actually being able to do anything at all. Thankfully, Boise State has counseling to meet this need. Just make sure you reach out to them before it becomes too much.

Boise State has a Rec Center that is free to full time students (11+ credits a semester) and has a pool; a gym with fitness classes, weights, and personal training; an outdoor program with rentals for skiing and the climbing gym; different types of fields for sports; and tons of different clubs for any of your hobbies or interests.
