History Career Series

Meet professionals and learn about careers in history!

This weekly event held during the fall semester introduces Boise State history students to interesting and important careers in a variety of fields, from non-profit management and private consulting to managing archives, museums, and more.

  • Each session starts at 4:30 p.m. on some Mondays during the fall semester, and each session lasts about 30 minutes, during which guests speak about their careers and career trajectory and answer questions from students.
  • During Fall 2024, the History Career Series will be held in person in the Department of History’s conference room (on the west end of the Albertsons Library building, room 194; see maps and directions at History Contact ).
