The Office of Communications and Marketing and the Office of Information Technology have developed a strategy to promote your events to the University Events Calendar.
The University Events Calendar is the primary calendar for showcasing university events that are open to all students, faculty, staff and even the public. If you already create and manage events locally on your Boise State website, these events can be imported to the University Events Calendar for consideration.
If you have imports set up to feed your events to the University Events Calendar, just add the tag “uec” to your event and it will be sent over to the Events team to review. These events typically import automatically every 24 hours, and updates you make to your event locally on your site after it has imported to the University Events Calendar will carry over.
