The Office of Communications and Marketing and the Office of Information Technology have developed a strategy to promote your events to the University Events Calendar.
The University Events Calendar is the primary calendar for showcasing university events that are open to all students, faculty, staff and even the public. If you already create and manage events on Localist for your Boise State website, these events can be imported to the University Events Calendar for consideration.
Just add “uec” to the keyword field in your Localist event details and your event will be added to the University Events Calendar. The UEC team will regularly review and remove events that are not applicable for UEC marketing. Events will be removed from the UEC if they are not publicly accessible or not intended to be marketed to a wide audience including staff, faculty, and the local community.
