Request New Department Segment

To request a new, non-existing department segment, please fill out the All-in-One Segment Maintenance Request Form in Smartsheet.

Request New Cost Center Segment

To request a new cost center segment, please fill out the All-in-One Segment Maintenance Request form in Smartsheet.

What will you need?

  • Preparer information

  • Payroll information
  • Budget information*

*When submitting a request for a Cost Center you must attach the budget worksheet to the Smartsheet form and you must identify the Program Code for the Cost Center.

Request New Supplemental Segment

To request a new supplemental segment, please fill out the All-in-One Segment Maintenance Request form in Smartsheet.

If your department does not currently use supplemental values, please email Administrative Accounting for a consultation at gl_maintenance@boisestate.edu.

Please submit a request for a new department and/or cost center value to change the purpose.
