2019-20 Annual Budget Planning Process

• Central Budget Request Process (Requests due to OBP via VP Offices March 29, 2019; send to budgetandplanning@boisestate.edu)
  • Central Budget Request Prioritized List – One Per VP (link to xlsx; FY20 Central Budget Request Division Priorities)
  • Strategic Budget Request Forms:
    • Narrative (link to doc; FY20 SBR Narrative)

  • Fixed Cost Information (link to doc; FY20 Fixed Cost Increase Request)
  • Existing approved MOAs: OBP will distribute copies to departments
  • FY19 base “permanent” budget requests funded with one-time funds in FY19: Please contact OBP if you need a copy of last year’s request
• Base “permanent” Budget Reallocations – These forms will be made available in April and are due April 26, 2019
• Local Budgets (excluding auxiliaries) – Local Budget Templates will be sent on January 25 and are due March 15, 2019
• Auxiliary Budgets –  The auxiliary budget process will remain unchanged for FY20. Budget planning info and templates will be available by early in March 2019. FY20 Auxiliary Budgets are due Monday, May 6, 2019
