Ensure that your schedule is finalized prior to submitting your declaration (no waitlisted classes or anticipated schedule changes). If you have not received a reply email from VeteranServices@boisestate.edu within one day of submitting your declaration, please call Veteran Services at 208-426-3744. *If you modify your schedule AFTER it has been submitted to the VA, we will update the VA with your enrollment change after the the applicable term’s final add/drop day.

For Spring 2025 and incoming Fall 2025 students, please upload your most recent Certificate of Eligibility (COE) when prompted. In some cases you may be asked to provide a more recent COE. We require a COE each semester for anyone using Veteran Education benefits at Boise State University.(Required)

By checking this box I am indicating I understand I am responsible for monitoring how many months of benefits I have remaining. If I have used up all my benefits or the VA determines I am ineligible I understand I am responsible for my account as stated in the financial agreement. Upon my enrollment being processed and sent to the VA a Veteran hold will be placed on my account by Veteran Services preventing me from changing my schedule. If I choose to change my schedule for any reason I will need to submit a Veteran Hold Lift Request form to lift it for me to add/drop any class(es). I also understand I must submit a new Declaration after I have made my changes even if I am dropping all my classes. Veteran Services will be verifying I am following my degree plan. If I am enrolled in classes which do not count toward my degree, the Veteran Services office will not be able to certify me for those classes, impacting my benefit status.
