The 2009 NCAA Indoor Track & Field National Champion in the long jump, Eleni Kafourou concluded her Boise State career as a two-time All-American and 12-time conference champion. In addition to her national championship, she also earned All-America honors in the indoor triple jump in 2009. She earned both WAC Indoor Outstanding Field Performer (2008 and 2009) and WAC Outdoor Outstanding Field Performer (2006 and 2008) twice, and was the high-point performer at the WAC indoor meet in 2009 (28 points). She captured conference titles in the indoor long jump (2008 and 2009), indoor triple jump (2006, 2008 and 2009), outdoor long jump (2007, 2008 and 2009) and outdoor triple jump (2006, 2007, 2008 & 2010).
