Micron Academy for Inclusive Leadership

This program is funded by a gift from the Micron Foundation.

The Micron Academy is a student-centered initiative housed at Boise State University’s Institute for Inclusive & Transformative Scholarship to address fairness, equity, and access, strengthen leadership skills, and build a thriving sense of community. Students accepted to the Micron Academy will engage in year-long programming, be guided through opportunities designed to support students in becoming changemakers and inclusive leaders for their community.

Innovative projects that partner students with community, government, and other organizations will build the foundation of the program. Micron Academy fellows will be paired with personal mentors from Micron. This mentorship is intended to support fellows as they move through the Micron Academy for Inclusive Leadership and work towards becoming community leaders and advocates.
