Mentor Scope of Work on the NSF Grant to Enhance Translational Research and Technology Transfer (TRTT)

Year 1

  • GCTT will help Boise State organize an “internal” summit.
  • GCTT will design and administer a survey to assess key workplace issues that can affect the rate of TRTT (e.g., organizational justice, championing/leadership, work-life balance, DEIA, and role conflict/identity).
  • GCTT will use a special dataset on university TT to derive accurate benchmarks of Boise State’s TRTT performance and to identify current and aspirational peer institutions.
  • GCTT will evaluate data on sponsored research, publications, and invention disclosures and review all relevant internal and external forms and documents.
  • GCTT/ASU will host a site visit by Boise State ART Ambassadors.
  • Based on the site visit, we will establish a formal mentoring program involving ASU and Boise State faculty and staff
