2024 Title IX Rule “Jeopardy:
The 2024 Title IX rule requires training for Title IX “team” members on certain basic concepts. Through an engaging game of Jeopardy, this session will cover all the topics of required training for coordinators, deputies, investigators, decision-makers, appellate decision-makers, and informal resolution facilitators under the new rules.

Mandatory, Confidential, Responsible, Oh My!
The 2024 regulations include all new requirements regarding who must report information about conduct that reasonably could be sex discrimination to the Title IX coordinator. Add to that state requirements for mandatory reporting, and confusion abounds. This session will include all you need to know to identify, train, and monitor notification requirements under the new rule.
