Student Union Promotions

At the heart of campus life, the Student Union (SUB) is your gateway to spreading the word about exciting student life events and activities happening in the union.

Promotion Options

Digital Screens

Five digital screens are thoughtfully located throughout the first and second floors of the Student Union Building, guaranteeing your message’s widespread impact. Files supported by our platforms:

Audio Messaging

Promotional messaging is coming to the Student Union Dining Area beginning September 1st! We will work together to create a schedule that works for you. Create your own audio spot or our team is available to create and edit the spot for a $75 fee. Most common audio file formats are supported (MP3, M4A, WAV). The maximum file size for an Audio Asset is 100MB.


Poster Cases

Highlight your newest program or event in our poster cases located on the 1st floor of the Student Union. Posters are displayed for a two-week rotation period, with the option to extend if space is available. Each poster should be 24″ x 36″ and must be submitted one week prior to posting.

Chalkboard Art

Get creative with your promotions and schedule our chalkboard. Promotions run for three weeks. Our artist will collaborate with you before your promotion date to design your artwork. Chalkboard reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.


Unplugged (Formally Toilet Talk)

Unplugged promotions command attention in the most unexpected yet effective setting – the bathrooms of the Student Union Building (Over 150 stalls). We keep the momentum rolling by switching out promotions every month. Submit your materials by the last Thursday of the month to secure your spot. 1000 x 1000 pixel JPEG image required.


Banners

We are now offering banner placement outside Buster’s Kitchen for one month at a time. Banner sizes may vary but should not exceed 8 feet wide and 4 feet long.

Once approved, please drop off your banner at Student Union Events (2nd floor, above the Bronco Shop) one week before your reservation.


Social Media

Our social media accounts are the canvas where your stories come to life. We’re here to give your events and happenings the spotlight they deserve. By utilizing our platforms, your message reaches a wider audience (2,000 + followers) and resonates stronger. Stay Connected Beyond the Screen: Haven’t followed us yet? Now’s the time! Tabling

Tabling space is a hot commodity, and we want your organization to have a prime spot. Act promptly to secure your table by booking at Mazevo or sending an email to studentunionevents@boisestate.edu.


Self-Service Poster Route

With our self-service poster route, getting your message across is easier than ever. Utilize the standard 8.5×11 poster format and display it on designated cork boards across campus. The best part? No reservations are needed, so you have the freedom to get your message out there when you want.
