Whether you’re brand new to Boise State or not, there’s some iconic things you’ve got to do as a Bronco; things that will make you feel like a true Bronco, help you get to know Boise State and get you connected with the Boise State community!
1) Check out clubs
We think that getting involved is the best way to make the most of your student experience. You won’t regret spending your time in college on things that will build your community. You have an opportunity to meet new people and explore clubs at the involvement fair on Wednesday, August 28, 2-5 p.m. You can find out more information about club meetings on Campus groups
2) Take a photo by the “B”
There’s nothing more officially Bronco than getting a quick Instagram photo by the big, metal “B” at the front of campus. Tag us @boisestatestudentlife when you post your photo!
3) Find the best food and study spots
We’ve got a beautiful, lively campus that’s worth exploring whether you need a place to focus or grab a bite to eat. We’ve compiled spots to study and relax on campus (and, not to brag, but I think we picked out some of the best ones). There’s also so many cool food hubs around Boise that it’ll take you a while to check them all out and decide what’s your favorite.
4) Check out the Bronco Shop
I mean, sporting some awesome Bronco attire at the Bronco Shop is essential for everyone who has Boise State pride, but there’s also so many helpful other essentials to get your semester started and keep you organized all year long.
5) Join campus events
A great way to meet new people and feel connected to campus life is to attend Boise State events. Whether it’s a professional event or fun activity, there’s so much you can join. Check out the University events calendar to stay up-to-date on what’s happening around campus.
