Happy new year, and welcome back! Spring 2020 classes begin January 13 and the whole week is dedicated to YOU. Bronco Welcome events throughout the week will help you get back into the swing of things and set the tone for a successful semester. Take a look.

1) Adventure

Bring a buddy on an adventure. Pay now, play later AND buy one, get one. Wait, what? The Outdoor Program has a pre-sale promotion going on January 13-19. When you pay for an upcoming trip, your buddy comes for free. Snowshoe by moonlight or sleep in a snow cave. Here’s the whole schedule. This offer excludes extended trips.

2) Trivia

Trivia is information that’s considered to be of little value, but there’s nothing trivial about meeting new friends and reconnecting with old friends during

3) Getting around

Get the low down on getting from A to B around Boise and learn about all of the transportation options here on campus. From shuttles to bicycle rentals, check out the transportation fair and get all of your “wheeled” questions answered.

4) Soup’s on — beyond your bachelor’s degree

If you’re a new, prospective, or current graduate student, come meet your peers and learn about all the resources available to you at the Graduate College. Enjoy a bowl of soup while you chat with staff about forms, policies and deadlines.

5) Free games

Play pool or go bowling at the Games Center all week for free. Then join them Thursday for a welcome back shindig with free food, bowling, and pool.
