Support Services Overview

How to Access Support Services and What to Expect in Your First Meeting:

  1. Connect with the Student Connections and Success Center to make an appointment. You can make an appointment by speaking with our front desk staff or by emailing one of our licensed social workers. Our support services staff will also do their best to accommodate walk-ins. You can meet in-person, over the phone or via Zoom.
  2. You will be asked to complete an intake form that you can complete prior to or at the start of your meeting.
  3. After the intake, the Student Connections and Support staff member will likely ask about what prompted you to seek support. You get to decide what you would like to share. You are not required to disclose any information you aren’t comfortable sharing.
  4. Based on your conversation, our support services staff may share additional options for assistance, resources and strategies to address individual needs.
