- Crisis intervention and emotional support
- Resources/referrals for counseling, medical, legal and other resources as needed
- Safety planning to stay safe in potentially dangerous situations and reduce future harm
- Addressing academic, housing, employment concerns and basic needs
- Support connecting with the Educational Access Center
- Referrals to resources that can help navigate the legal/court system, Title IX and/or the Student Conduct Process
- Accompaniment when meeting with police, Title IX and/or Student Conduct staff, attending meetings and hearings whenever possible
- Assistance in getting connected with specialists in requesting a university-based no contact order or obtaining a Civil Protection Order

The Student Connections and Support team provides a trauma-focused and holistic view of advocacy and support. Our support services staff are here to listen, support and provide resources that you seek.
