There are multiple local opportunities that will give valuable global exposure. Students have interned for the Agency for New Americans, International Rescue Committee, Idaho Office of Refugees, Mexican Consulate and Department of Agriculture.

Classroom to community

Courses in the Global Studies program help students connect what they’re learning on-campus to the broader community. Global 498 recently helped to set up an exhibit in the Boise Art Museum highlighting the effects of border policy on undocumented immigrants.
