Mike Kirkpatrick

Bio:

Mike Kirkpatrick is a proud graduate of the Boise State Conflict Management program and is working on his MA in Communication Studies with University of Alabama. Between the two schools he has 23 graduate level credits in conflict management, and has completed internships in conflict coaching and in mediation at Ada County small claims court. For Mike, learning conflict management was a game changer. It improved the way he listens to others, asserts himself, manages emotions, and provided frameworks to negotiate needs and manage difficult conflicts. He hopes his students end up feeling the same. When not studying or teaching, he is obsessing about his next travel destination, throwing down on the chess board, or desperately hoping the Seattle Mariners win the world series in his lifetime.
