Bio
Lacey Harris is an expert in communication and conflict management. Past universities where she has taught have included, North Carolina State University, Boise State University, College of Western Idaho, and Broadview University. Her graduate work is in Communication and Dispute Resolution.
She has represented the state of Idaho on many national and international stages – Ambassador for Idaho at the Cherry Blossom Festival, as well as the Ukraine, Thailand, and Swedish Embassies, Miss Idaho International 2010, and countless others.
Harris also coordinated the Academy at Ballet Idaho. Her responsibilities included organizing, teaching, and preparing lessons for ages 2-65 in all forms of fine arts – ballet, jazz, tap, ballroom, music, and even etiquette. Harris continually consults nationally on Identity, Communication, First Impressions, Relationships, Conflict, and many more, in public forums such as high school classes, assemblies, corporate industries, and weekend workshops.
Harris is also a certified group fitness trainer/coach. She hosted a fitness show focusing on physical fitness along with communicate fitness. Harris’ passion is to improve the quality of life for others. Communication creates our reality, and with improving our communication skills we can design a happy and healthy life for ourselves.
Interests
In Lacey Harris’ spare time she enjoys spending time with her family. Her son and husband are the center of her world. And when she has times she loves to dance, swim, play her harp, and cook!
