*Tickets go on sale for the Andrus Center for Public Policy’s highly popular Women and Leadership Conference Thursday, May 1st, 2025.
Scheduled for September 23-24, this annual conference will be hosted as an in-person only event. With a limited capacity of 750 at Boise State University in Boise, Idaho.
Over the two days, attendees can participate in five (5) keynote presentations, 12 plus (12+) Skill Builder breakout sessions (choose from option of 3 each time). Nearly all of the conference content will be recorded and accessible for a full year following the event to all registrants. This will allow for registrants to engage in as many of the Skill Builder session recordings as they chose and continue to revisit presentations on demand.
This year’s conference once again hosts an impressive lineup of distinguished women keynote speakers who have broken barriers and improved gender balance in their field and beyond. Be it elected office, corporate c-suites, small business launches, or grassroots movements, these women are transforming the world we live in. The speaker lineup will be posted soon!
Along with standard ticket pricing of $255, discounted volume, student, and non profit/small business pricing will be available.
In-Person Ticket Pricing
Select sponsors and individuals have generously provided resources to allow student scholarships in support of the Women and Leadership conference vision. If you would like to be considered for a student scholarship to attend for $95, please fill out this online Google form and a Andrus Center contact will notify you of your acceptance based on availability closer to the conference. Select High School Students may be eligible to attend for free thanks to the support of select sponsors and will be notified if they qualify following completion of the form.

Cancellation Policy
· Cancellations in writing (email) received on or before 5:00pm MT on September 8, 2025 – full refund, less processing fee (3.5%)
· Cancellations in writing received after 5:00pm MT on September 8, 2025 but before 5:00pm MT on September 11, 2025– 50% cancellation fee, plus processing fee (3.5%)
· Cancellations in writing received after 5:00pm MT on September 11, 2025
but before 5:00pm MT on September 15, 2025 – 75% cancellation fee, plus processing fee (3.5%)
– No refunds will be issued for notice received after 5:00pm MT on September 15th, 2025.
