Bio
Coline McConnel, Ph.D., is a civil rights investigator, researcher, educator, and mom. She has over a decade of experience conducting global health policy research with a focus on HIV prevention programming in Kenya, South Africa, and Mexico. She has also conducted research on cultural differences in self-conception. Her research interests focus on translating social science into effective social policy, community action, and individual behavioral change.
