Student Advisory Council Application

The Student Advisory Board for the School of the Arts serves as a vital bridge between students and faculty, offering a platform where student voices shape the future of our artistic and creative community.
Composed of passionate and dedicated students from diverse disciplines within the arts, the board fosters collaboration, creativity and innovation.

Students interested in applying to the Student Advisory Council in the School of the Arts should submit a one-page Statement of Interest that explains:

  • Why you are interested in the board
  • Which board objective is most meaningful to you and why
  • What perspectives, or knowledge, you can bring to the board

Please note that we will not take GPA into account and we encourage all students affiliated with the School to participate.

All Council undergraduate students should be in good academic standing and should be a major within one of the departments and programs in the School of the Arts and/or are minoring or aiming for a certificate in the School.
