Student Success Hub offers powerful and easy to use reporting functionality.  Boise State University, in conjunction with Salesforce and our implementation partner, Cloud For Good, has created a number of reports that advisors and advising managers can use to improve service and gather information with just a few mouse clicks. Here is a table of a few of those reports:

Reporting Best Practices

Student Success Hub has powerful reporting capabilities.  To make searching and using reports easier, it’s recommended to use a simple and consistent naming convention

Reports should start with the 2-4 letter code for the college

  • AASC
  • CID
  • COAS
  • COBE
  • COED
  • COEN
  • COHS
  • ES
  • SPS

If you create a report that can be accessed by all users, the report should start with BSU.

The report names are limited to 40 characters (including spaces).  The remainder of the name should describe the use of the report as clearly as possible.
