For Advisors
Student Success Hub equips advisors with cutting-edge tools to efficiently manage student progress, enabling them to provide tailored advice and interventions. With real-time insights into each student’s academic journey, advisors can anticipate challenges, track milestones, and offer timely assistance, ensuring that no one falls through the cracks. Collaboration and communication between advisors, faculty, and staff are elevated, enhancing the overall student support network.
Features, Enhancements, Training and User Information
The Project Management Office and the Salesforce implementation team are constantly making improvements and investigating future features.
Recent Enhancements Include:
- Increase character limit in Advising notes up to 101,072 characters
- Better button organization using Action Launcher
- No-show email being sent to students encouraging them to re-schedule
- Service indicator integration
- Including advisor name and encouraging student to contact advisor in Advising Note notification email
- Adding quick click buttons for appointment status changes
- Advisor notification when a student cancels an appointment using the notification bell
- Walk in advising using Lobby Management
- Enhanced e-mail notification to students after changes to appointments
- Improved student action plans
- Adding strong text to advisor scheduler to call out all times are Mountain Time
- Link to access student FERPA release permissions, and academic test scores

- Enrollment Status
- Additional student groups
- GPA (BSU, CUM and prior term)
- Academic Load
