General Liability

General Liability coverage is self-funded under the Retained Risk Fund and administrated by State Risk as provided under the Retained Risk Document (RRD). Coverage is for claims against Boise State University for bodily injury, property damage, and personal injury resulting from an insured’s operations, employees’ conduct and products.

Coverage provided under the Retained Risk Document is comprehensive and includes: Errors and
Omissions, Advertising Liability (libel, slander, copyright infringement), Medical Malpractice Liability, and
Security and Privacy Liability.

As a governmental agency, statutory protections and limits are applicable to the university.
