Steve Hubble is a key member of the City of Boise’s Climate Action Team, working to address climate change and promote sustainable practices within the city. Boise prioritizes climate action, tackling environmental, health, and economic challenges by collaborating for immediate solutions. The city aims to lead nationally by promoting clean energy and preserving natural resources, engaging innovative approaches and the next generation.
Bas Hargrove is a Senior Policy representative at The Nature Conservancy. The Nature Conservancy has been working in partnership with individuals, local communities, government agencies, and private businesses to protect the natural landscapes that harbor the diversity of plant and animal life on Earth since 1951.
Stephanie Lenhart is a Senior Research Associate at the Energy Policy Institute and faculty in the School of Public Service at Boise State University. Her research focuses on energy system governance, environmental policy implementation, and inter-organizational collaboration, with recent work examining decision-making in public utilities and electric cooperatives, as well as collaboration in regional transmission organizations.
