Effective immediately, the coordination of limited submissions will transition from Pre-Award within the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) to the Center for Research and Creative Activity (CRCA).
Limited submissions are conditions placed by funding agencies that limit the number of applications that can be submitted by an institution. Due to this constraint, limited submissions require an internal selection process and institutional approval prior to investigators submitting an application to the external sponsor.
Moving forward, CRCA will curate and announce limited submission opportunities and coordinate the internal review process. In support of this process, CRCA will work closely with the Pre-Award team, from verifying institutional and principal investigator eligibility, to notifying applicants selected to move forward.
