Research Enterprise Services, via the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) and Research Administration Systems and Analytics (RASA), is nearing the end of InfoEd implementation.
InfoEd is a grants management system that will replace OSP’s current processes in Frevvo for proposal submission and award acceptance. InfoEd will significantly modernize OSP’s operations and will provide better reporting, will allow for more seamless Federal proposal submissions, and will add flexibility to all of our processes to iteratively adapt to Boise State’s growing research portfolio.
We recently invited stakeholders to attend focus group sessions and received supportive, positive and constructive feedback from stakeholders.
We will be implementing a few changes based on the feedback received in focus groups in the coming weeks and resuming testing within OSP and RASA. Once these changes are completed, User Acceptance Testing will begin.
