RACS Overview
What is RACS?
The Research Administration Concierge Service (RACS) is a service of the Office of Sponsored Programs. Our goal is to minimize administrative burdens for Principal Investigators (PIs) managing sponsored projects.
RACS serves as a bridge between PIs and administrative offices at the University to help resolve outstanding issues. RACS can also advise PIs on resources available to help navigate the various stages of the sponsored project process or direct a PI to the appropriate office or point of contact for answers to specific questions.
What kinds of issues can RACS help me with?
PIs may request a consultation with RACS to assist with a variety of issues. Examples include:
How do I contact RACS?
- Phone: 6-RACS (6-7227)
- Email: osp@boisestate.edu
- Text: Send text to osp@boisestate.edu
- Web Form: Complete the online submission form below.
- Facilitate problem resolution across University operational offices (Why isn’t my vendor getting paid from my award?).
- Direct to the appropriate office(s) for assistance with an agency desk audit (NSF contacted me, now what?).
- Connect with institutional resources (Who can tell me what my project number is?).
