We want to share an update with you on the spreadsheets that were shared with each of your colleges/schools. We have a committee actively reviewing all responses to the spreadsheets. The committee is making excellent progress, so we should soon have the information we need to reach out to PIs to discuss individual projects as appropriate. We will be prioritizing higher risk situations and will then move towards medium and lower risk projects. For those of you who marked “Yes” for any of the responses, we encourage you to start thinking about potential next steps you could discuss with your Program Officer, including a potential rescope if it’s determined to be necessary. We have developed this PI Proposal/Award Scope Modification Email Template to help you think through some of these questions.
