    Planning and Mitigation

    Paul “Crash” Marusich is the Emergency Planner for Ada County Emergency Management & Community Resilience. He facilitates the planning process to develop new plans, updates and maintains the Ada County Emergency Operations Plan, Ada County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan and a suite of multi-jurisdictional hazard specific response plans. He is a graduate of Arizona State University and actively pursues continuing education through FEMA’s Emergency Management Institute. He earned and maintains a Certified Emergency Manager credential through the International Association of Emergency Managers and serves as the Idaho state representative on the Region X Caucus of the association.
