Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, our dedicated trainers are here to support and guide you on your unique journey. One of our trainers will be there every step of the way as you work toward your goals.
Free Consultation
A complimentary 30-minute Consultation is included in Personal Training Packages for first-time clients. During the Consultation, clients will receive a tour of the Rec and discuss their physical activity experience and fitness goals. Personal Training Packages are limited to members only.
Refund Policy
Personal Training packages are non-refundable once training sessions have begun.
