Climbing Gym Renovation Project

We are excited to announce the upcoming renovation of the Boise State Climbing Gym! Starting on February 3, the Climbing Gym will undergo a complete renovation. During the renovation, the Climbing Gym will be fully closed.

Timeline and Key Dates

- February 3: Renovation begins

- February 3 – Early March: The gym will be closed for initial demolition and construction of new structures.

- March – Mid-April: Core structural work, including wall upgrades, flooring installation, and major updates to the facility.

- Late April: Finishing touches, including wall texture, climbing holds, and additional functional features like lighting and safety enhancements.

- May: Substantial completion, with the gym fully open and operational in time for the summer climbing season!

Yes, the gym will be fully closed starting on February 3 through April 30th. We hope the Climbing Gym will be available starting in May.
