Student Memberships

Definition

Full-Time student membership fees are included in the student activity fees for a full-time Undergraduate Student taking 11 credits or more during the current semester and 6 credits or more in the summer.

A full-time Graduate Student membership fees are also included in the student activity fees and someone taking 9 credits or more during the semester and 6 credits or more in the summer.

Access

Full-time students have automatic access with their Boise State ID card on the Friday before the new semester begins.

Membership purchase is not required.

Definition

Part-time students paying into the semester activity fees and taking 10 or fewer credits are eligible to purchase a part-time student membership during Fall or Spring semester.

Students taking 5 or less credits during the Summer semester are eligible for a part-time student membership.

Access

Part-time students must bring in their Boise State student ID card to purchase their membership to access the Rec.

Definition

Any student that is taking a full-time or part-time credit load and does not pay student activity fees or is part of an Alternative Fee Program.

Examples:

• Benefit eligible faculty and staff on a fee waiver
• Spouse/Partners & dependents on Staff/faculty fee waiver
• Community members over the age of __ are part of the Senior Citizen Rate.
• Students enrolled in an Alternative Fee Program

Access

Students on a fee waiver must bring in their Boise State ID (student or staff) card to purchase their membership to access the Rec.
