RRC Soaring Scholarship for Undergraduate Research Student Application

This form is used to apply for the Raptor Research Center’s Soaring Scholarship for Undergraduate Research, an award that provides Boise State University undergraduate students studying any major with paid 10-week (during Summer) or 15-week (during Fall or Spring) research experiences guided by faculty mentors.

Your proposed mentor must also complete an RRC Soaring Scholarship for Undergraduate Research Faculty Application by the application deadline for the semester during which research would be completed in order for you to be considered for the award.

Research/Creative Activity Experience

Use this section to describe PAST experience in research/creative activity. The Council of Undergraduate Research defines Undergraduate Research as ” A mentored investigation or creative inquiry conducted by undergraduates that seeks to make a scholarly or artistic contribution to knowledge.” You do not need to have past experience to be eligible for the Soaring Scholarship.
