This form is a faculty co-application for the Raptor Research Center’s Soaring Scholarship for Undergraduate Research, an award that provides Boise State University undergraduate students studying any major with paid 10-week (during Summer) or 15-week (during Fall or Spring) research experiences guided by faculty mentors.
Before applying for this award, we encourage student applicants and possible mentors to first explore the full details about this scholarship, including eligibility details, deadlines, and student grantee expectations, on the Soaring Scholarship for Undergraduate Research website. Student scholarships are $3,000 from the RRC for Fall or Spring semesters. Summer semester awards are $3,000 scholarships from the RRC paid during the first part of the summer with a faculty mentor match of $3,000 to be paid to the student during the last part of the summer.
Your proposed student mentee must also complete an RRC Soaring Scholarship for Undergraduate Research Student Application by the application deadline for the semester during which research would be completed in order for them to be considered for the award.
