RRC Vehicle Request

This form should be submitted at least two weeks in advance to request the use of Boise State University Raptor Research Center (RRC) vehicles for travel and field work. A separate form must be submitted for each project.

A copy of the form will be automatically sent to the requestor/driver’s faculty advisor or supervisor/PI, if applicable, for approval of the vehicle use and funding string. RRC admin will forward each submitted form to the RRC Director for approval. Vehicle request status (approved or unapproved) will then be communicated to the primary driver and the primary driver’s advisor, PI, or supervisor. The advisor/PI/supervisor will then receive requests from RRC administration staff monthly to approve RRC vehicle mileage charges.

For RRC new driver setup, please see RRC Fleet Information.
