RRC Affiliate Request

* NOTE: If this is a new affiliate request for someone who has no previous connection to Boise State and does not have an ID#, please contact RRC admin to provide them with the requested affiliates DOB and last 5 numbers of their social security #.

Regular Affiliate/Vendor serve in research, on advisory committees, etc. in non-instructional capacities. Affiliate Faculty do not have direct teaching responsibilities and do not receive compensation, but provide instruction in programs or serve as student advisors. Visitors are invited guests for a temporary length of time.

If only basic access to the Raptor Research Building and/or Science Building with a Boise State ID card is needed, please select “No.”
