Cost of Attendance
Earning a Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Radiology is an excellent investment. In addition to the cost of tuition for both pre-radiology and radiology courses, students accepted to the radiology program should budget for the cost of books, uniforms and required health and background checks. Many of these costs are accrued during the first semester of the program and we encourage students accepted to the radiology program to plan in advance for these additional start-up fees.
Students should also be prepared to pay a graduation application fee and costs for Convocation and Commencement regalia (graduation gown, honors cords, etc). In addition, upon completion of the program, there will be costs associated with taking the standardized exam (ARRT) used to acquire licensure as a registered radiologic technologist.

*Fees are subject to change.
BOOKS
The total cost of books during the 5-semester radiology program is between $1500 and $1800. However, this cost is not spread evenly over semesters. Students should prepare for a book cost of approximately $1000 during the first semester of the program and between $200 and $400 in the following four semesters (excluding summer semester).
COURSE FEES
Course/Lab fees range from $400 – $1,050 per semester (excluding summer semester).
UNIFORMS
Radiology students are required to wear uniforms while in laboratory class and while participating in clinical. Please budget between $75 and $150 during the first semester for uniforms to wear over the course of the radiologic sciences program.
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS AND BACKGROUND CHECKS
Radiology students are responsible for costs associated with meeting health requirements and for getting a background check and drug and alcohol testing each semester.
Financial Aid
Many students are eligible for federal financial aid.
