You will receive an email with a copy of your application responses and the following reminders.
Please remember that your application is not complete until you have paid your application fee and:
- You send all of your official or unofficial transcripts, including your Boise State transcript to the department by faxing them to (208) 426-4459 or emailing them to taraperson292@boisestate.edu by 4:00 PM on March 1st. Remember to include your spring course enrollment.
- Your three references have completed their forms and mailed them to the Department of Radiologic Sciences, Boise State University, 1910 University Drive, Boise ID 83725-1845. Reference forms need to be emailed to taraperson292@boisestate.edu. It is your responsibility to make sure reference forms are returned to the department by 4:00 PM on March 1st.
