Supriya Ghosh, Ph.D.

Dr. Supriya Ghosh joined the Micron School of Materials Science and Engineering at Boise State University in December 2024 as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow. He is a member of the Quantum DNA group and the Ultrafast Spectroscopy Team. Prior to joining Boise State, Dr. Ghosh conducted research at The Ohio State University, where he investigated the photophysics of metallo-DNA assemblies and metal-semiconductor composites using ultrafast pump-probe spectroscopy. He earned his Ph.D. through a collaborative program between IIT Mandi, India, and Lund University, Sweden. His doctoral research focused on the fundamental properties of semiconductor nanocrystals, utilizing advanced ultrafast spectroscopy techniques.
