| BOISE STATE PERMIT PRIORITY PICK-UP

| Dear Boise State Permit Holder,
We are writing to inform you about a recent issue that arose due to the implementation of new software that created inconsistency in our permit mail-out process. Unfortunately, we have been made aware that a number of permit orders were not processed for mailout delivery. We are dedicated to ensuring you receive your permits before the start of the Fall Semester, and have created a Priority Permit Pick-up event for you. If you have not yet received your parking decal please visit our Student Union Building Transit Center from August 10-11 for your priority pick-up. During the event, we will have a specific line at our office for permit pick-ups only in order to expedite the process and get you on your way as soon as possible. You are welcome to come in before the event to collect your permit during our regular operating hours Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm. If you are unable to visit our office before or during the event please contact us at parkingquestions@boisestate.edu and we will work with you to make necessary arrangements for mailing your decal. Please be aware if you choose to have your decal mailed we cannot guarantee that it will arrive before the Fall Semester begins. Current Boise State 2022-23 permits expire August 9, 2023, however, we will be extending the validity of your current Boise State permit if applicable, through August 14 to allow time for you to attend the Priority Pick-up event. We want to assure you that addressing this issue is our utmost priority. Our team is committed to resolving it promptly, and we are working diligently to ensure that we do not encounter similar challenges with our new software in the future.
