Osprey Parking

Parking at the Osprey Resident Hall falls under the following regulations

Regulations are as follows:

  • All parking in the Osprey Residence requires a Resident Osprey or Resident Osprey Tandem parking permit at all times for the full duration of time spent parked. Parking in this location is for permit holders only.
  • All vehicles parked in this location must display their Resident Osprey or Resident Osprey Tandem parking permit on the driver side corner of their windshield at all times.
  • All Residents of Osprey dorm have 5 guest parking passes available per month. Guest parking will be provided on the top floor of the Brady Garage and will not be available in the Osprey Garage.
  • All permit holders with either a Resident Osprey or Resident Osprey Tandem parking permit will be issued a keycard that will allow them access to the parking garage. This keycard comes with the purchase of the permit at no additional charge.
  • Replacement Access Cards: Replacement access cards for this location are available if the card is lost or stolen. A $50.00 replacement fee will apply.
  • 24 hour enforcement is in effect in this location.
  • Residents are expected to comply with these and all other regulations posted by the Department of Public Safety.

Tandem Parking Stalls

Tandem parking stalls are as follows:

  • Defined as a single parking stall of double length wherein the vehicle parked against the wall cannot leave the parking stall if the second vehicle is present
  • Shared Use: Both parties agree that they will schedule the use of the stall between themselves. Should your stall partner park you in, you understand it is your responsibility to work with them directly to get access to your vehicle.
  • These stalls are assigned and all tandem parkers must park in their designated stall set.
  • The Department of Public Safety is not responsible for removing a vehicle from the tandem stall except in emergency situations.Emergency situations are determined by the Department of Public Safety. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Medical situations
  • Mechanical failure of the vehicle
  • Long term vehicle immobility
  • Other emergency situations on campus
  • Tandem stalls are sold for the entirety of the 2024-2025 Academic term and will be maintained until permit expiration.
  • Should one or other of the parties to this agreement wish to end it the consent of both parties is required.
  • Any changes to the Tandem partners must be made in person with all parties present and permits are subject to availability. Changes may be made remotely in emergency circumstances as determined by the Department of Public Safety or Housing and Residence Life.
