During Your Test

The test is a self-performed, anterior nasal swab, similar to how rapid tests are done.

Blow your nose first to help get a clean swab.

Receiving Your Results

After dropping off your test, you should receive an email when your test results are ready in 1-2 business days.

For urgent testing needs, testing before noon is recommended for the fastest results.

Your results email will come from “noreply@mail.ehrcentral.com” with the sender name “Lab/imaging order”. The email will include the language “View Details” and contain a link to sign-in to the Patient Portal. If this email does not arrive in your inbox, check your Spam folder.

  1. Visit the Patient Portal and enter your email address – be sure to use the same email address that was used when setting up the account.
  2. Click on “Medical Information” at the top of the page.
  3. Click on “Lab & Imaging” in the left-hand Menu.
  4. Select the blue arrow to the left of the date of your appointment.

Tips:

Try to access and view your results from a computer rather than a mobile device.

If you choose to use a mobile device, download the SpotMD App for easier access on your mobile device.
