For years, our students have been asking for a space to hang out with friends, relax between classes, and de-stress. If you’ve been up on the 6th floor of the Education building lately, you have likely noticed that we now have a student lounge and updated advising space. Our goal is to create a more welcoming environment so that you have a place to connect with faculty, staff, and one another. The last piece is the furniture. Here is our vision for what the space will look like:
We have raised 88% of our fundraising goal. This year, on Bronco Giving Day (Feb. 26-27th), we hope to finish our Student Center Remodel campaign. Bronco Giving Day is an annual 36-hour fundraising event that drives support for more than 200 causes and organizations across the university. Every dollar counts, and we would appreciate your contributions to our new Student Center space.Â
