A local family is seeking Community Support Workers to provide personal support for a young woman with Down syndrome, and you are invited to apply! The family is searching for some new “besties” to support her in her daily activities at home and in the community.
Qualifications
Applicants must be flexible, energetic, motivated to learn, and have strong communication skills. Familiarity with anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and dietary and feeding issues is of additional benefit. Several shifts are available, ranging in length from 4 to 7 hours each. The starting wage is $16 per hour.
