About Thomas

Tom Davis is an undergraduate at Boise State University studying Creative Writing and Theatre Arts, with minors in English and Philosophy. He began writing plays at the age of fifteen and has since worked across Idaho developing and writing new scripts. In 2016, he received meritorious recognition for his dramatic criticism from The Institute for Theater Journalism and Advocacy. After an eight-year hiatus, he returned to Boise State with plans to complete his degree and pursue a Master of Fine Arts in Playwriting and earn an Artist Diploma in Dramatic Arts. His full-length play Greener earned him associate membership with the Dramatists Guild of America, and he is also a member playwright of the Playwrights’ Center. While dramatic writing is his primary focus, he is also a published essayist and poet.
