Benefits of Attending Think Wrong
If you’re interested in moving from how things are to how they might be, you already know how difficult it can be to drive change. We are all predisposed to return to the familiar, well-trodden paths when we look for solutions. Our brains and the culture we are part of value the status quo and conspire against bold solutions. Too often, we end up applying “think right” approaches – efficiency, ROI, optimization – to the wrong problems and squash ideas with massive potential. Which is why you need to Think Wrong!
By applying the Think Wrong practices you learn in this course, you will be able to reliably produce surprising and ingenious answers to challenging questions and guide your organization to create and implement bold solutions.
Who Should Attend
Leaders who are interested in moving their teams beyond the status quo and delivering bold solutions. Anyone who is interested in driving change and doing the work that matters most to them and their organizations.
