Shaping Tomorrow, Today: A Futuring Masterclass for Visionary Leaders

“Futuring” prepares an organization to discover and define its preferred future.

Discover a new way to shape your organization’s future in this engaging, hands-on Futuring Seminar through Boise State University’s PACE program. Unlike traditional strategic planning, which starts with mission, vision, and values and moves forward, “futuring” flips the script; you’ll envision your organization’s ideal future, then work backward to craft a clear, actionable path.

Under Dr. Aman’s guidance, you’ll use interactive exercises to build a bold vision, design strategic initiatives, and set measurable outcomes tailored to your organization, while exploring Ikigai (a Japanese purpose framework) to align your mission with long-term direction. You’ll also harness AI tools to analyze regional trends, uncovering strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats with fresh insights that boost stakeholder buy-in and sharpen decisions. By day’s end, you’ll leave with a compelling preferred future statement, a focused roadmap, key initiatives and the tools to lead with confidence.
