With her passion for technical communication and user experience, Katelin later excelled while acquiring her Master of Arts in Technical Communication from Boise State University. She currently works for Boise State University as a Customer Service & Systems Manager. She has completed user experience research and proposal development projects for Amazon, Boise State University-Learning Technology Solutions and the Idaho Farmers Market Association.
